Mr. Prasad Alam has been an integral part of a diversified Industrial conglomerate for about 37 years with presence in automotive batteries, Industrial batteries, EPC in Civil & Electrical infra, Electronics Manufacturing, Engineering Plastics, Fasteners, warehousing solutions and fruit juices. Prasad has been part of the growth journey and actively contributed to the current size of Rs 18,000 Crores revenue employing about 17,000 people . 

Prasad has a proven track record in strategy, P&L leadership, marketing, brand development, sales, aftersales, and manufacturing operations with a strong focus on quality management in both B2B, B2C and B2G. He has gained deep exposure to board room in Listed companies/JV with US corporation & global leaders while holding senior positions over 2 decades such as VP SBU Head, CEO, and President – Group Strategy at Amara Raja Group (AMARON). 

Prasad was most recently the CEO of NGON Coffee Ltd – Vietnam, a fully owned subsidiary of an Indian public listed company (CCL Products) with a market capitalization of app. USD 1.4 billion. 

Prasad is the executive Indian member and strategic stakeholder in Merger Alliance. He holds a BTech in Chemical Engineering and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore.
