A Chartered Accountant, Mr Panjwani brings over three decades of top leadership across large/diversified Indian corporates and MNCs in building materials, aluminium foil, tea, springs, plantation, auto components, infrastructure, consumer goods, and electricals.

His expertise spans business strategy, turn around management, financial management, M&A, and team building, the focus areas being industrials, building materials and allied industries, apart from strengthening our practice in turnaround management/distress M&A.

Before joining Singhi, Mr Panjwani was Managing Director of Wadia group flagship The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd (Sunmica, Britannia, Choice Tea, BCL Springs, Eastern Gherji), Chief Executive Officer & Director at Vedanta group (Sterlite Optical Technologies Ltd & India Foils), Gammon, Levers, and Siemens, among others.

In his long stints with Siemens, Sterlite, Gammon and Wadia group, he successfully acquired Iand, divested many businesses, and was instrumental in turning around loss- making businesses.

Mr Panjwani is Chairman of the Board and Director of Dental Products of India Ltd.
