Mahesh founded Singhi Advisors in 1989 (erstwhile Singhi & Associates). Mahesh has spent over two decades in the Corporate Advisory and Financial Services sector, servicing diverse clientele across project consulting, project finance, private equity, venture capital and investment banking & building up Singhi Advisors from ground zero to one of the leading M&A Advisory Firms in India. Mahesh brings more than two decades of extensive experience of servicing over 800 clients across various geographies & diverse sectors. He looks to build Singhi as an entrepreneurial platform to channelise business knowledge and human capital into a long-term resource to build a best in class institute, which should be known as the best “deal making platform,” even while helping Singhi’s clients in building up valuable enterprises.. He draws motivation from the fact that supporting entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses has the potential to generate employment, to create ripple effects in the Indian economy and to facilitate the greater process of nation building. Mahesh, a father of two, enjoys travelling, adventure sports and socializing though his passion remains “Deal Making”. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur.
