Ankur is a seasoned investment banker with a post qualification work experience of over 15 years spanning M&A, lead deal advisory, and industry CXO roles that cover corporate strategy, investor relations and M&A for large services sector companies with over 50,000 employees.

Before Joining Singhi, Ankur had an active investment banking advisory experience both in India and the UK with organisations such as Wodehouse Capital Advisors and Singhi Advisors in India, and Catalyst Corporate Finance (now Alantra Corporate Finance) and Blas Corporate Finance in the UK.

Ankur has a wide experience of running and closing multiple successful transactions ranging from M&A transactions (inbound, outbound and domestic), equity & debt fund-raising (from early stage to buy-outs), and advising clients on corporate restructuring and multi-family office services.

Ankur brings deep knowledge of sectors such as packaging, healthcare, specialty chemicals, logistics, consumer durables, IFM, F&B and tech.

Ankur is an MSc in Economics & Finance (Scottish Graduate Programme) from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
